In order to present you a clean apartment the check-in will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out at 09:30 on the day of departure

• The reservation of the apartment is considered valid only after sending a deposit equal to half of the total price.
• prices are per person per night including a midweek cleaning.
• touist tax of €2,30 per person (14 years and older) and per night will be charged separately.
• Late arrivals and early departures will be equally counted.
• Additional daily cleaning or upon request: 40.00 euro / 50,00€
• Arrival and departure day during high season: Saturday or Sunday.
• Midweek cleaning every Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Smoking: please smoke only outside.

Dogs are welcome at a daily fee of €15 and will find a large, gated garden where they can play and run. Cats are not allowed. In the apartment La Varieté the daily cost per dog is €20.

• A deposit of one-third of the total agreed price must be paid at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining amount will be paid directly at the facility along with the tourist tax.
• The total amount of the stay can also be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.
• If the guest wishes to cancel all or part of the reservation, or if the reservation is cancelled by the Apartmet itself due to non-payment, then, app. Les Viles will be entitled to the following percentage of the rental cost:
• If cancellation occurs between the date of confirmation and 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancellation occurs 15 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• If cancellation occurs 7 days before the arrival date and/or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
• To avoid travel cancellation fees, we recommend travel cancellation insurance.
